Over the years, he has built and scaled Global Capability Centres, launched Centres of Excellence, and led multi-region delivery organisations serving more than 300 global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. His work has spanned complex transformation programmes across AI and automation, cloud security, intelligent operations and enterprise platforms.
What sets Shah apart is his depth in execution at scale. He has overseen geographically distributed teams ranging from 100 to over 500 professionals, focusing on delivery maturity, governance and outcomes that translate into measurable business value. His contributions have earned him industry recognition as a “Pioneer of Automation” and an “Exemplary Leader”, accolades that reflect both innovation and operational discipline.
In his new role, Shah is expected to shape the next phase of Logic Pursuits’ delivery evolution. This includes refining the firm’s global service delivery framework, improving execution consistency and ensuring client value realisation as project complexity increases. He will also play a key role in strengthening delivery hubs in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, positioning them as strategic centres supporting global clients.
Beyond geography, Shah’s mandate spans Logic Pursuits’ core practice areas—Enterprise Data Platforms, Analytics, AI and Automation, Cloud Engineering, and Customer 360 and CDP solutions. The emphasis, according to the company, is on delivering enterprise-grade outcomes with speed, quality and scalability.
